Cancellation policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as early as possible. More than 48 hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee. If you have already paid, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund. Between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment: A cancellation fee may apply. Less than 24 hours before your appointment or a no-show: The full consultation fee may be charged. Late arrival: Your session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next appointment. If you arrive too late for the session to reasonably take place, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
