- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment may be rescheduled or refunded, where applicable.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

These policies help protect appointment availability for all clients and recognise the preparation involved in each consultation.
Exceptional circumstances will always be considered with compassion and discretion.
9. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, every effort will be made to accommodate the remaining appointment time.
However, your consultation may need to finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment.
Missed appointments are generally non-refundable.

11. Cancellation by The Spirit Bloom
On rare occasions, it may be necessary for The Spirit Bloom to reschedule or cancel an appointment due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond reasonable control.
If this occurs, every effort will be made to offer an alternative appointment as soon as reasonably possible.
If rescheduling is not possible, any fees paid for the affected appointment will be refunded.
The Spirit Bloom is not responsible for travel expenses, accommodation costs, loss of earnings, or other incidental expenses arising from appointment cancellations.
12. Preparing for Your Consultation
Your first consultation is designed to gain a comprehensive understanding of you as an individual.
Unlike consultations that focus solely on isolated symptoms, appointments at The Spirit Bloom explore your wellbeing more broadly, including aspects such as your current concerns, personal history, emotional wellbeing, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, nervous system patterns, and other factors that may contribute to your overall wellbeing.
Please allow sufficient time for your consultation and complete any requested intake forms before your appointment.
Providing honest and accurate information helps ensure that your consultation is as personalised and meaningful as possible.
13. Follow-Up Consultations
Healing is often a gradual and evolving process.
Follow-up consultations provide an opportunity to review your progress, discuss any changes, answer questions, and adjust your personalised recommendations where appropriate.
The frequency of follow-up appointments will depend on your individual circumstances and will be discussed together during your consultation.
Regular follow-ups often provide the greatest opportunity to support long-term wellbeing.
14. Classical Homeopathy
Classical Homeopathy is a complementary system of care that seeks to understand each individual as a whole rather than focusing solely on isolated symptoms.
At The Spirit Bloom, homeopathic recommendations are made after carefully considering your physical symptoms, emotional wellbeing, personal history, constitution, lifestyle, and other individual factors.
Homeopathic remedies are selected based on your unique presentation and are intended to support your body's natural healing processes.
Every individual responds differently.
For this reason, it is not possible to guarantee:
- Specific outcomes
- Improvement of symptoms
- The length of treatment required
- The suitability of a particular remedy for every individual
Please take remedies only as recommended during your consultation.
If you have questions regarding your remedies or notice unexpected changes, please contact The Spirit Bloom before making changes to your treatment plan.
Homeopathic care is complementary in nature and is intended to work alongside, not replace, appropriate conventional medical care where required.
15. Intuitive Energy Healing
Intuitive Energy Healing is offered at The Spirit Bloom as a complementary wellbeing practice that supports relaxation, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, energetic balance, self-awareness, and personal growth.
Each session is unique and guided by your individual needs at that moment. Sessions are conducted in a calm, respectful, compassionate, and supportive environment where you are encouraged to simply relax and remain open to your own experience.
Depending on your individual needs, sessions may include:
- Energetic assessment
- Intuitive guidance
- Energy balancing
- Grounding practices
- Emotional awareness
- Reflection and integration
During an energy healing session, you remain fully clothed, and no invasive procedures are performed. Depending on the nature of the session, gentle, non-invasive touch may be used with your prior consent, or the session may be entirely hands-off. Your comfort, personal boundaries, and informed consent are always respected.
You are welcome to ask questions before, during, or after the session, and you are free to pause or end the session at any time if you feel uncomfortable or simply wish to do so.
Some individuals may experience:
- Deep relaxation
- A sense of calm or inner peace
- Emotional release
- Greater clarity or insight
- Feeling lighter or more grounded
- Increased body awareness
- Temporary tiredness or emotional sensitivity as part of their personal integration process
Others may notice more subtle changes or no immediate effects. Every healing journey is unique, and no particular experience or outcome can be expected or guaranteed.
As part of the session, I may share intuitive observations or reflections that arise. These are offered to encourage self-awareness and personal reflection and should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, diagnostic, legal, financial, or predictive advice. Clients are encouraged to use their own discernment and make decisions that feel appropriate for their individual circumstances.
Following a session, you may be encouraged to rest, stay well hydrated, spend time in nature, journal, or simply allow yourself space for reflection and integration.
Intuitive Energy Healing is complementary in nature and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, nor is it a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological, or psychiatric care where such care is required.
The Spirit Bloom is committed to providing every energy healing session with professionalism, compassion, respect, confidentiality, and a genuine commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing space for your wellbeing.
16. Applied Psychology-Based Wellbeing Support
Drawing upon my background in Applied Psychology, consultations may include guidance that supports emotional wellbeing, stress management, self-awareness, nervous system understanding, behavioural patterns, relationships, attachment patterns, and personal growth.
This support is educational and complementary in nature.
It is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatry, or psychological treatment, nor is it intended to replace services provided by licensed mental health professionals.
If you are experiencing significant psychological distress or require specialist mental healthcare, you are encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified psychologist, psychiatrist, or your General Practitioner (GP).
17. Nutrition, Dietary & Lifestyle Guidance
Nutrition, dietary, and lifestyle guidance may be offered as part of your personalized complementary holistic care plan.
Recommendations are based on the information shared during your consultation and aim to support your overall wellbeing.
These recommendations are educational and supportive in nature and should not replace medical or specialist dietary advice where such care is required.
18. Holistic Care
The Spirit Bloom follows a holistic philosophy that seeks to understand the broader factors that may contribute to an individual's wellbeing.
This approach considers the interconnectedness of physical symptoms, emotional wellbeing, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, nervous system patterns, environmental influences, and personal history.
The intention is to develop a deeper understanding of your unique circumstances so that recommendations can be personalized to you as a whole person.
This philosophy does not imply that every condition has a single identifiable root cause or that all health concerns can be resolved through complementary approaches.
19. Women's & Children's Holistic Wellbeing
The Spirit Bloom has a particular interest in supporting the holistic wellbeing of women and children.
Consultations may explore concerns relating to different stages of life while considering the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, nutritional, lifestyle, and environmental factors.
Children's consultations are always conducted with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.
The wellbeing, comfort, and safety of every child remain a priority throughout the consultation process.
20. Online Consultations
Many services may be provided through secure online video consultations selected by The Spirit Bloom.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:
- A reliable internet connection
- A quiet and private environment
- A suitable device with a working camera and microphone
Although every effort is made to provide a smooth consultation, technical difficulties beyond reasonable control may occasionally occur.
The online consultation link and joining instructions will be provided prior to your appointment
Where significant technical issues prevent a consultation from taking place, an alternative appointment will be arranged where appropriate.
21. Communication Between Appointments

Examples include:
